• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to sales and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and inform relevant teams of any shortages.

Profile

A successful Sales Administrator should have:
