Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Producing detailed electrical designs and calculations for building services projects.
• Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
• Preparing and reviewing technical specifications and reports.
• Participating in client and project team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
• Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance project outcomes.

• Develop and produce electrical building services designs and calculations for a variety of projects.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other consultants to ensure designs are coordinated and meet project requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports, and documentation to support project delivery.
• Attend project meetings and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and progress.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant Building Regulations, British Standards, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical building services design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Amtech, and Revit MEP.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, British Standards, and industry guidance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality work.
