Childcare Lecturer - T-Levels
Location: Merseyside
Contract: Temporary
Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Hours: Part-time / 4 days per week
Rate: £35 - £40 per hour

Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Childcare Lecturer to join a college in Merseyside, delivering Level 2 Childcare T-Level programmes across four days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate education professional to support students in developing the knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours needed for successful careers in the early years and childcare sector.

The role
As a Childcare Lecturer, you will:

* Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Level 2 Childcare T Level programmes.
* Plan lessons and prepare relevant teaching and learning resources.
* Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
* Monitor learner progress and provide support where required.
* Prepare students for practical and work-related elements of their programmes..

About you
You will ideally have:
* A relevant qualification in Childcare, Early Years, Education or a related subject.
* Experience teaching or supporting learners at Level 2 and/or T Level.
* Current knowledge of early years and childcare practice.
* A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
* Strong classroom management, communication and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve their potential.

Working pattern
Monday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday
