• Manage a diverse SME commercial portfolio, including New Business, Renewals and MTAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide clear, professional advice on cover, terms and risk placement.
• Prepare and issue documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
• Work closely with Account Executives to support client retention and growth.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within SME or similar commercial lines.
• Confident handling policies such as Commercial Combined, Property Owners, Liability, Motor/Fleet and Package products.
• Strong communication skills with a client-first approach.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using Acturis essential.
