The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Manage and develop a warm desk in the trades & labour sector, placing skilled workers across a variety of construction projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Drive business development to expand our client base across Liverpool and surrounding areas
• Lead by example, supporting junior team members when needed
• Ensure full compliance with industry standards and recruitment best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in trades & labour recruitment (2+ years preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of the local construction market
• Strong business development skills with a track record of billing success
• Confident, self-motivated, and highly organised
• A team player who thrives in a busy, target-driven environment
