Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Provide personalised support to children,  including those with autism 

• Facilitate communication between children and teachers, ensuring effective expression of needs and feelings

• Monitor children's behaviour and well-being, reporting any concerns to relevant professionals 

• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that encourages participation and confidence
