Community Support Worker (Adults)

• Salary: £12.80 - £16 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to support an adult client's emotional and physical well-being in their home and community settings in Liverpool. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a thorough understanding of safeguarding protocols.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide care in home and community settings for an adult client.
• Follow the individual care plan closely to ensure safety and a nurturing environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in the condition of the service user.
• Adhere to safeguarding protocols and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months care-related experience.
• Strong awareness of safeguarding principles.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with the service user, their family, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Up-to-date DBS Certificate.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Must be a car driver due to the nature of the role involving community visits.
