• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues
• Manage meeting rooms, office facilities and workplace resources
• Coordinate internal events, meetings and hospitality arrangements
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace communications
• Ensure the office environment remains welcoming, professional and efficient

• Previous experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality or front-of-house roles
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, professional and solutions-focused
