Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an innovative organisation based in Liverpool who is looking to recruit a first class Payroll Officer to join their experienced team on a 12 month Fixed term Contract basis.

Salary and Benefits
Up to £39,000 per annum
31 days holiday + 8 BH
35 hours per week.
Hybrid working model in place ( 2 days from home)

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Payroll Processing

• Preparation and processing of three UK monthly payrolls including interpreting,
• Validating and the inputting of all documentation, expenses, timesheets,
• Overtime payments on iTrent in line with SLA's.
• Complete monthly payroll reconciliations and reporting (eg HMRC)
• Produce and distribute P45's & P60's

Pension

• Administer all pension arrangements and communication to staff
• Process private pension, AVC notifications and new joiner letters.
• Validate and send electronic files
• Liaise with pension provider for starters/leavers and queries.
• Undertake pension lifecycle administrative activities,
• Assisting with pension procedures as directed
• Changes to contractual pension details
• Distribution of pension provider information and statements.
• Liaison with pension providers to prepare retirement quotes.
• Various other ad hoc duties as and when required by the Line Manager
