Your new role
You'll be carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within domestic properties, ensuring inspections are completed safely, accurately, and in line with current regulations.Duties include:

• Conducting EICRs in occupied and void properties
• Completing test certificates and inspection reports
• Identifying and recording defects and observations
• Managing your own patch and workload
• Delivering excellent customer service within residents' homes
• Working in accordance with BS7671 regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• AM2 Qualification
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• Previous domestic EICR experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
