As an HR Manager in Liverpool, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring processes run smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve supporting the business in the leisure, travel and tourism industry by managing key HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations.

Description

  • Lead and develop the people strategy in line with business goals.
  • Manage all employee relations matters, providing expert HR guidance.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and people-focused processes.
  • Support managers with performance management and employee development.
  • Drive engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture initiatives.
  • Manage HR reporting, workforce planning, and key HR metrics.
  • Lead learning and development programmes across the business.
  • Establish and continuously improve the HR function and its services.

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in human resources,
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HR systems and processes.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Offer

  • A salary range of £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent position based in Liverpool.
