An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Financial Reporting Manager to join a well-established, listed organisation during a critical reporting period.

This is a highly visible role requiring an individual with proven PLC reporting experience, capable of operating at pace while managing multiple stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering both the year-end annual report and accounts and half-year reporting cycle, whilst supporting wider financial reporting projects and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the Group's statutory and PLC reporting timetable.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of year-end and half-year financial reports.
  • Take ownership of the month-end consolidation process and Group reporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and listing requirements.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for reporting workstreams across Finance and the wider business.
  • Partner with Executive leadership teams to gather, challenge and refine reporting content.
  • Work closely with Investor Relations, Marketing and Communications teams to support external reporting deliverables.
  • Manage reporting projects, ensuring deadlines are met within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Liaise with external auditors and key internal stakeholders throughout the reporting cycle.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across Group Financial Reporting.
About You
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience within a listed/PLC environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering annual and interim reports for a publicly listed business.
  • Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
  • Experience managing month-end consolidation processes within a group structure.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-profile environment with exposure to senior executives.
  • Resilient, pragmatic and confident in challenging situations, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Able to start at short notice or immediately available.
