Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Liverpool

One of the region’s most highly regarded Clinical Negligence teams is expanding and now seeks an experienced and passionate Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their ranks. This is a rare opportunity to work on top-tier cases within a supportive and forward-thinking legal environment.

You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior Solicitors on a wide range of complex Clinical Negligence matters—from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.

The role includes both pre-litigated and litigated claims, offering a diverse and challenging workload.

Ideal candidates will have NQ to 3 years PQE, with a strong background in litigated Clinical Negligence cases. Those with around 2 years PQE or equivalent experience as a Chartered Legal Executive are particularly encouraged to apply.
