Senior Recruitment Consultant Trades /Industrial Temps - #2149937

We are looking to appoint experienced Recruitment Consultants to join its established Trades and Industrial recruitment team

This is an excellent opportunity for recruiters with experience running a busy temporary desk who want to join an established recruitment business with a strong client base, excellent infrastructure and genuine scope to grow their desk and earnings.

The role will include:

• Managing and developing a Trades, Industrial or Construction temporary recruitment desk

• Building relationships with existing clients while developing new business

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing temporary workers

• Managing client requirements and ensuring shifts and bookings are successfully filled

• Developing your own client portfolio through proactive business development

• Maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients

• Working towards individual revenue and growth targets

About you:

You will ideally already have experience within Trades, Industrial, Construction or a similar high volume temporary recruitment market.

You should be commercially minded, confident developing business and comfortable managing a fast moving temporary desk.

A competitive basic salary and commission package is available, dependent on experience and current billings.
