We are recruiting for a motivated Motor Sales Executive to join a successful and growing dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Motor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers both in person and online.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
• Arranging and conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Managing the sales process from enquiry to delivery.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promoting finance, warranty and additional product options.
• Achieving individual and dealership sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity.

• Previous sales experience is preferred, ideally within the motor trade.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Professional, personable and confident approach.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

• £33,000 basic salary
