Skills & Experience

• Proven background in undertaking residential valuations and home surveys (Level 2 inspections) essential
• AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualification with a minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience (though junior/trainee opportunities via the Academy are available for areas like Liverpool)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel your local postcode area

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out residential mortgage valuations and Level 2 home surveys within your designated, exclusive postcode area
• Produce accurate, high-quality reports using market-leading technology
• Manage your own workload and diary efficiently, targeting 6 valuations a day with total schedule flexibility once complete
• Build positive relationships with homeowners, lenders, and key stakeholders during property visits
• Maintain professional standards while adapting to evolving surveying practices and techniques
