Location: Liverpool 

Salary: £45,000- 50,000 depending on experience [Bonus to be discussed also depending on experience]

Contract: Permanent, full-time

We are preparing to launch a new children's residential home and are looking for a passionate, motivated and child-centred Registered Manager to lead the development and registration of our service.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to help build a home from the ground up, establish a positive and nurturing culture, recruit and develop a dedicated team, and create a safe, stable and supportive environment where children can thrive.

What are we looking for:

•⁠ ⁠Applicants must meet the applicable Ofsted registration requirements for a Registered Manager, including the relevant experience, qualifications and suitability criteria.

•⁠ ⁠strong deputy manager with substantial experience ready to step up 

•⁠ ⁠We welcome applications from experienced Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career, provided they can demonstrate the necessary experience, competence and suitability for registration.⁠

•⁠ ⁠Level 5 completed desirable but will accept those completing currently

•⁠ ⁠⁠Experience of setting up new home desirable 

•⁠ ⁠⁠Passionate about therapeutic trauma informed care for children

•⁠ ⁠⁠Supervising and managing residential childcare staff and leadership experience

•⁠ ⁠⁠Knowledge and experience of supporting quality standards, audits and Ofsted inspections
