Are you an experienced recruiter ready to develop your own desk in a growing business?

Everpool Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to grow our Office, Commercial and Digital Marketing markets. You’ll build relationships with clients and candidates, manage vacancies from brief to placement, and help shape the next stage of our growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Managing vacancies from the first conversation through to placement
• Building your candidate network and talent pools
• Winning new business through calls, emails, networking and meetings
• Sharing ideas and contributing to the wider team

What we’re looking for

You’ll need previous recruitment experience and the confidence to manage both client and candidate relationships. You’ll be organised, commercially minded and motivated to build a successful desk.

• £28,000–£35,000 basic salary, depending on experience
