About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Solicitor to join our growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or aspiring solicitor looking to develop their legal career within a supportive and professional environment.

You will gain exposure to a range of legal matters, working closely with experienced solicitors and partners while developing the practical skills and legal knowledge required to qualify as a solicitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist solicitors with a variety of legal matters and client cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports, case summaries, and legal documents.
• Draft correspondence, contracts, agreements, and court documents.
• Review legal documentation and identify key risks or issues.
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and internal meetings where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with clients, barristers, courts, and third parties.
• Support the team with administrative and case management duties.
• Work towards achieving qualification requirements and professional development goals.

Requirements

• Degree educated (Law, LLB, LLM, GDL, or equivalent).
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professional and client-focused approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
