• Coordinate daily logistics activity to keep the movement of goods and materials on track.
• Plan and monitor shipments to support timely deliveries and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate logistics records so that key information is easy to access and use.
• Liaise with internal teams to align logistics plans with operational needs.
• Work with suppliers and transport providers to arrange collections and deliveries.
• Investigate delivery or shipment issues and help put practical solutions in place.
• Track stock movements and update relevant information to support efficient operations.
• Identify ways to improve logistics processes and reduce avoidable delays.

Profile

A successful 'Logistics Specialist' should have:

• Experience coordinating logistics activities, shipments and deliveries.
• Good working knowledge of transport coordination and supply chain processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage logistics information carefully.
• Experience liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to investigate delivery issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Confidence managing competing logistics priorities in an organised way.

Job Offer

• Permanent Logistics Specialist position based in Liverpool.
• Salary of £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on the level of experience.
