Wills, Probate & Lifetime Planning Solicitor

1-3 Years’ PQE | Liverpool | Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 4 days) | Competitive Salary

Hours: 9:00-5:00, Monday to Friday

I’m working with a well-established firm in Liverpool that’s looking to add to its private client team. The Role

You’ll manage your own varied private client caseload and deliver exceptional client care, advising on:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Asset protection and care fee planning

You’ll work closely with clients, giving clear, practical and compassionate advice and progressing matters efficiently from instruction through to completion.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with 1-3 years’ PQE
• Experience managing a varied private client caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Enjoy building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Interested in networking and business development
