Project Manager / Construction Project Manager - Liverpool

We’re recruiting for an established construction and development business looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects valued between £8m and £12m.

The company delivers a range of quality developments, including care homes, commercial and industrial buildings, with a strong focus on quality, programme and budget.

The Role

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from start through to handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Keep projects on programme and within budget.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate trades, materials, plant and site activities.
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues and keep works moving.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain site records, report progress and manage project deadlines.

About You

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction - Essential.
• A track record of delivering projects of a similar value and scale.
• Experience across new-build construction, ideally care homes, commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, subcontractor management and site operations.
• Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects forward.
• Relevant construction qualifications and a strong understanding of health and safety.
