QED is pleased to be partnered with a well-established Legal 500 and Chambers ranked law firm with very well funded, ambitious growth plans is seeking an RTA Fee Earner to join its expanding Liverpool office.
Complex, Fully Litigated Matters
Manage Your Own Caseload
Strong Paralegal Support
£10k+ Bonus Potential
Applications are welcomed from both qualified and experienced non-qualified fee earners, ideally experienced in managing your own caseload and be comfortable working independently.
The role will see you handle a caseload of fully litigated fast, intermediate and multi-track RTA matters, with a particular focus on credit hire. The work will include complex personal injury and credit hire claims valued at more than £50,000, including disputed liability and non-liability-disputed matters, predominantly involving non-ABI hire claims.
A team of paralegals will provide support, enabling you to focus on the more complex and litigious files. Following significant funding over the past year, the firm has ambitious expansion plans, offering excellent scope for career development as the team grows.
