As a Treasury Assistant in Liverpool, you will help keep day-to-day finance activity organised within the Transport & Distribution industry. You will work as part of the Accounting & Finance department, keeping records accurate and helping the business run smoothly.

• Maintain accurate treasury records to support clear financial reporting.
• Process financial information carefully and keep supporting documents organised.
• Monitor daily finance activity and flag any missing or unclear information.
• Update internal systems with timely and accurate data.
• Prepare information for colleagues within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Reconcile financial records and investigate straightforward differences.
• Respond to treasury-related queries and provide clear information when needed.

Profile

• Experience of maintaining accurate financial records.
• Confidence working with financial data and supporting documentation.
• Ability to reconcile information and resolve straightforward discrepancies.
• Good attention to detail when updating systems and records.
• Ability to manage day-to-day tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for responding to queries.

Job Offer

• 6 month Fixed-term contract.
• Salary of £45,000 to £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Hybrid: 4 days onsite
