Product Analyst – Integration & Service

Location: Liverpool – Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)

Contract: Initial 6 months, with potential extension

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Analyst / Integration Analyst to support an enterprise Edge Hosting platform programme, focusing on IT/OT integration, application onboarding and operational service readiness.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical analysis experience across application integration, infrastructure, DevOps and service transition, who can work with cross-functional teams to ensure workloads are onboarded safely and are ready for production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document IT/OT integration requirements across applications, APIs, interfaces, identity, databases and enterprise services.
• Define onboarding requirements and dependencies for Kubernetes and container-based workloads.
• Capture database, data persistence, backup, recovery, authentication and security requirements.
• Document DevOps/GitOps, CI/CD, deployment and release-management requirements.
• Define operational support models, service ownership, runbooks and escalation paths.
• Maintain a prioritised integration and service backlog, requirements traceability and dependency registers.
• Develop workload onboarding checklists, service-readiness assessments and operational acceptance criteria.
• Support technical governance, design reviews, testing, UAT and transition into live operations.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in technical analysis, product analysis, integration analysis or service transition.
• Good understanding of application integration, APIs/interfaces, identity and database/persistence concepts.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, DevOps/GitOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience defining operational support models, service readiness, acceptance criteria and technical governance documentation.
• Ability to collaborate across application, infrastructure, OT, security, networking and operations teams.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable Experience

• Manufacturing, industrial IT or IT/OT integration.
• Workload onboarding across edge, hybrid-cloud or distributed platforms.
• ServiceNow, ITIL/SIAM or multi-supplier support models.
• Exposure to Azure, Dell NativeEdge or Kubernetes-based edge platforms.
