Residential Valuation Surveyor – Preston - £60,000 - £90,000 OTE

About the Role

Based 100% from home, Monday to Friday. This is an ambitious and privately owned surveying practice who specialize in Residential Surveys, from Valuation to Level 3 reports.

The firm are in an exciting period of growth and need to add Surveyors to multiple locations across the North West and Yorkshire.

Based from home, this position is to cover mainly Liverpool, with some requirements to cover surrounding villages and towns.

Each week, you will have a variety of inspections to complete, mainly for residential buying and selling, or remortgage purposes. How many you complete is largely down to you, how you like to work and what level of fees you would like to take a share of.

As a surveyor working with them, you will be able to do what you do best, which is get into properties and complete inspections. This is due to various members of the support team to assist you pre and post inspection. They believe in a team effort where everyone shares in the success of the company. They achieve this by working together closely as a team supporting each other in developing expertise in residential surveying. Unlike in many corporate enterprises, at this firm your input is important, welcomed and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Cover mainly Preston, with some requirements to cover surrounding villages and towns.
• Complete a variety of inspections each week, mainly for residential buying and selling, or remortgage purposes.
• Determine how many inspections you complete based on how you like to work and what level of fees you would like to take a share of.
• Get into properties and complete inspections.
• Work with various members of the support team who assist you pre and post inspection.
• Work together closely as a team supporting each other in developing expertise in residential surveying.
• Provide input that is important, welcomed and encouraged within the firm.

Qualifications

• RICS membership (either AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS).
• Minimum of 1 year post RICS qualification experience or a recent Sava Graduate.
• Currently VRS registered or meets the VRS criteria as a sponsored member.

Pay range and compensation package

• £60,000 - £90,000 OTE.
• £50,000 - £70,000 basic salary.
• Annual car allowance £4800.
• Annual bonus scheme and profit share.
