Liverpool | Hybrid Working / 4 day week role | £28,000 + Full Study Support

Are you a recent graduate, studying AAT, or looking for your first real step into a finance career? We're looking for an ambitious and detail-focused Accounts Assistant who wants more than just a transactional finance role. You'll be joining a fast-paced, growing business where you'll gain broad exposure across finance, work closely with experienced professionals and develop the skills needed to build a long-term career in accounting and finance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting monthly and weekly account reconciliations
• Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accurate records
• Investigating and resolving financial discrepancies
• Supporting inventory reconciliation activities
• Preparing and managing financial information for key business operations
• Working closely with the wider finance team on day-to-day accounting tasks and projects

• Studying AAT or looking to begin your accounting qualifications
• A recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related subject
• Comfortable using Excel and learning new finance systems
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
