Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy to support children with SEMH within a supportive primary school based in Liverpool. The school ensure that all staff are supported in their career progression and create regular opportunities for CPD

Role & Responsibilities:



* Supporting students with SEMH across the primary age group

* Running key interventions to support learning

* Strong behaviour management

* Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored lessons and activities for students



Non-negotiables:



* Previous experience supporting SEMH

* Experience working within a primary aged setting

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting children with SEMH
