Working for a successful consumer wholesale business, this is a highly visible role focused on growing TikTok Shop revenue through a combination of short-form content creation and live commerce. The successful candidate will be the on-camera face of the brand, creating engaging TikTok content and hosting live shopping events that drive sales and audience growth.

Responsibilities:

Live Hosting

• Host regular TikTok Shop live selling sessions
• Demonstrate products and answer customer questions in real time
• Drive sales, engagement, and conversions during live streams
• Build a consistent live audience and community
• Analyse performance metrics including GMV, CTR, viewers, and conversion rates

Content Creation

• Create, film, edit, and publish TikTok videos
• Produce content such as:
  • Product demonstrations
  • Tutorials
  • Unboxings
  • Trend-led content
• Manage content calendars aligned with launches and promotions
• Set up basic filming environments and source props/samples

Growth & Performance

• Track engagement and sales performance
• Optimise content based on analytics
• Support seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and affiliate activity
• Stay current with TikTok trends and TikTok Shop developments

Collaboration

• Work closely with ecommerce and marketing teams
• Support influencer and affiliate partnerships
• Ensure TikTok activity aligns with wider brand campaigns

Skills Required:

• Must have previous experience working in a similar TikTok/Content Creator/Social Media role
• Confident and engaging on-camera presence
• Experience creating TikTok, Reels, or other short-form video content
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to sell products effectively
• Self-motivated and comfortable working to a live broadcast schedule
• Experience working with retail beauty brands or haircare products

• Previous TikTok Live hosting experience
• TikTok Shop experience
• Live commerce or social selling experience
• QVC-style presenting background
• Existing TikTok following
• Experience analysing content performance metrics

This role is best suited to a commercially minded content creator who enjoys being on camera and can combine entertaining content with sales-driven live commerce.
