We're growing our Liverpool team as we head into 2027, and I'm looking to speak with ambitious recruiters who want to develop their career, grow their billings and be part of something exciting.

We have opportunities across Primary, Secondary and SEND, with some warm desks, established relationships and strong foundations to build from.

I'm particularly interested in education recruiters, but I'm also open to speaking with people from healthcare or any other fast paced recruitment sector who have the commercial drive, confidence and hunger to succeed.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing your market, developing client relationships and delivering results across your desk.

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and developing relationships with schools and clients.
• Winning new business and identifying opportunities to grow your market.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
• Sourcing and placing high quality education professionals.
• Growing your billings and maximising revenue opportunities.
• Delivering an exceptional service to clients and candidates.
• Contributing to the wider team and sharing best practice.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience within education, healthcare or another fast paced sector.
• A proven ability to build relationships and generate business.
• Commercially minded, confident and comfortable picking up the phone.
• Driven to achieve targets, grow revenue and develop your desk.
• Someone who brings energy, resilience and ambition to the role.
